What's happened?

At the 4 July 2018 Council Meeting, Council resolved to consult with the community about preferred future use of the site, and to offer a lease extension to the incumbent lessee until November 2019 to allow the community engagement process to take place.

Council further resolved that future commercial arrangements for the site will be through a competitive and transparent process to ensure that best value is achieved for the community.

The Council report is available to view in the documents section.
