The Neighbourhood Engagement Program has been running for approximately four years at the City of Port Phillip. Through this program, a series of pop-up community conversations are held at eight neighbourhoods across the municipality three to four times a year.

Its purpose is to obtain community feedback on engagement projects to inform Council’s decision making, and to build Council’s presence in the community.

We are seeking feedback from councillors to help refine the Program and ensure it best achieves its objectives. While there are opportunities to fine-tune the way it's delivered, there is no scope to increase the resourcing to the Program.
