Consultation has concluded
To help shape the future development of the St Kilda Road North area, Council consulted on the Planning Scheme Amendment C107 and the Draft St Kilda Road North Precinct Plan 2013.
Consultation closed on 8 September 2014.
All submissions that have been received will be formally considered at an upcoming Council Meeting later in September. Everyone who made a submission will be invited to the Council Meeting.
The Draft Plan establishes a clear vision and strategic direction for the future development of this important precinct.
The planning scheme amendment supports changes to planning controls which will guide new development by specifying design objectives and requirements (for example building heights and setbacks).
