Help shape Community Infrastructure in Port Phillip
On Wednesday 20 May 2026, Council endorsed the Community Infrastructure Plan 2026 .
The Community Infrastructure Plan will guide Council’s planning and delivery of community infrastructure, including:
- Libraries
- Toy libraries
- Kindergartens or long day care
- Maternal and child health services
- Youth centres or youth programs
- Neighbourhood Houses
- Multipurpose community centres
- Arts and cultural spaces
- Community health centres.
