The City of Port Phillip is developing an Outdoor Events Policy. This policy will provide a framework to assess applications from external bodies to hold events in Council managed outdoor space.

The consultation period closed on Monday 11 April 2011. Council received three responses via the online submission form, which will be presented to Council on 27 April. At this meeting, Council will decide whether the policy requires further changes or whether it is ready to be adopted.
