This consultation has concluded.

Consultation on the draft designs for Emerald Hill Precinct has now concluded. Council has developed draft designs for the Emerald Hill precinct that include improvements to the Library and Heritage Centre forecourt, the South Melbourne Town Hall forecourt and surrounding streetscape. The designs build on plans outlined in the Emerald Hill Master Plan which was adopted by Council in April 2012 following community consultation.

The Emerald Hill Vision and Emerald Hill Master Plan will help us reinvigorate this important heritage, civic and cultural precinct surrounding the South Melbourne Town Hall.
