Council has prepared a Draft Greenhouse Plan that sets the vision and strategy for Council and the Port Phillip community to become a low carbon city. It is a municipal-wide plan to direct actions aimed at changing how we use energy and resources.
Council is inviting the community to comment on the Draft Greenhouse Plan and make a submission by Monday 24 October 2011.
