We’re excited to be bringing a new park to life at 30 Kalymna Grove, St Kilda East, creating more green, open space for the local community. In March 2025, we asked for your ideas about what you’d like to see in the new park. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve now developed a concept design that reflects what we heard, and we’d love to know what you think.

Share your feedback before 11.59 pm on Sunday 8 November 2026. Your feedback will help inform Council’s decisions to change this space.

How will my feedback change this project?

We're eager to hear your feedback and combine this with other considerations such as costing, feasibility, and expert advice to make sure we create the best possible outcome for everyone.

  • What you can influence on this project

Your feedback will shape decisions about:

    • Your feedback will help us refine the design and identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement. We will do our best to combine your feedback with expert advice and best practice as we finalise the design.
    • Vegetation and greening, open lawn space and seating will remain the focus of the park. These elements are clear priorities that we identified in previous community feedback.
  • What you can't influence on this project

Parts of the project not able to be influenced include:

    • The size of the park.
    • Major changes to the natural contours and slope of the site.
    • We will not be able to include a fenced dog-off leash area.
