The Metropolitan Transport Forum (MTF) is hosting an event for the City of Port Phillip on 13 August at Port Melbourne Town Hall.

This event puts you together with your Local Candidates to talk about the transport issues that matter most to you in the countdown to the State election.

There are a number of ways to get involved in the event:

  • RSVP and come along to ask your question on the night (link takes you to the MTF website)
  • Join the discussion now…
  • Take part in the discussion on Twitter #transportforumpp

What will you do with my questions?

One of the questions left in the Transport Matters Guestbook will be chosen by our Mayor to open the discussion on the night.

The rest will be given to the MTF organisers who will put your questions to the panel throughout the evening.

Your participation will raise awareness within the major parties of the transport priorities that matter to you, in addition to those we have identified based on the needs of our residents, visitors and workers now and in the future.

What difference would 300 metres make to you?

How would a bike lane along the length of St Kilda Road help you to ride more?

If you had the chance to ask the major parties one question around transport in our City, what would it be? Use this space to ask a question about a local transport issue that matters to you.
