Recognising and protecting heritage places in the City of Port Phillip is a key priority for us.
Heritage Overlay 6 is part of the Port Phillip Planning Scheme. We are reviewing this overlay to ensure heritage matters are considered in any future planning permit application in the St Kilda East area.
Amendment C142 to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme will be on public exhibition from 27 May to 30 June 2019.
