The St Kilda Precinct Strategic Plan is the starting point in guiding future development and investment in the area that includes the major activity centres of Fitzroy Street and Acland Street, St Kilda and Carlisle Street, Balaclava.

Feedback received will be used to help Council establish the ‘why’ for future long-term planning work in the St Kilda precinct. This work will include high-level background research to identify current trends, opportunities and issues in the precinct. The results will guide the timing, priority and sequencing of future strategic planning work recommended for Council to respond to the issues identified.
