Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent stage of community consultation. We engaged with approximately 525 people, received 43 survey submissions and 35 ideas on the photo collages. Feedback received is currently being reviewed to inform the recommendations proposed to Council in February 2019. Background

The adventure playgrounds are highly valued community assets in Port Phillip. An opportunity exists to plan and secure their future role in the contemporary context and ensure they adapt to the evolving needs and expectations of the community and the Council.

The Adventure Playground Upgrade Project is a multi-year project to plan, finalise feasibility, develop concept and detailed designs and deliver upgrade works of Skinners Adventure Playground and St Kilda Adventure Playground. Upgrades to both sites are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022. Partnership and funding opportunities will be sourced as part of this project.
