Over sessions three and four the Community Panel worked incredibly hard exploring and unpacking the different options, ideas and limitations for the site's future. In session three, under the guidance of Council and specialist consultants, the panel worked with a test site layout to explore the potential outer limits of the site and the relationships between key site elements. Panel members raised a number of concerns and opportunities they wanted to see explored further. In session four the Community Panel was guided through the draft criteria for the key site elements. It was explained that these 'must have' and 'nice to have' criteria would inform the Site Brief and therefore guide future site development and lease requirements. The panel was given the opportunity to recommend changes to the draft criteria to better reflect their aspirations and the site’s future vision and objectives.
