In November and December 2025, we asked the community to share what they value about the play space and what they would like to see in an upgrade. We heard from local residents, families and children through an online survey, pop‑up sessions and other engagement activities.

Feedback highlighted how community members love the space as a neighbourhood playground, the greenery and open space, as well as its strong community. We also heard about the equipment people most love. Common suggestions for new equipment included more climbing and challenging play opportunities, new swings and slides, nature‑based play elements, and additional features such as seating and landscaping. We received many comments on the need to separate the play space from the dog off-leash area.

We used this feedback to develop a draft concept design for the upgraded play space.

We are now inviting you to review the concept design and tell us what you think. Your feedback will help us refine the design before it is finalised.
