Fishermans Bend is one of the biggest city renewal projects in Australia, transforming a large area near Melbourne’s CBD into a place where people can live, work and spend time. Over the next 20–30 years, it will grow into a network of neighbourhoods with new homes, jobs, parks, schools and transport links supporting up to 80,000 residents and 80,000 jobs. The goal is to create a place that’s easy to get around, environmentally sustainable, and great to live in, with everything people need close by.
